Made to Order

Every High Score Chips set is custom-made specifically for you. Because each order is produced individually and we often have an active queue of custom orders in production, most orders are delivered approximately 90–120 days after purchase.

We take great care and attention to detail in creating each set, and custom manufacturing takes time. We know it’s not overnight shipping — but good things are worth waiting for.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on production volume, shipping conditions, customs, carrier delays, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Your Design Is Final at Checkout

The design and specifications you approve at checkout are the final production instructions for your order. There is no separate proof or approval step after checkout.

Please carefully review all chip designs, denominations, quantities, colors, text, logos, edge spots, artwork, and other selections before placing your order.

Once your order is submitted and the 24-hour cancellation period has passed, changes may no longer be possible.

Colors, Finishes & Manufacturing Variations

We do our best to make our digital renders and product photos accurately represent the finished chips. However, colors and finishes may appear slightly different in person due to screen settings, lighting, materials, printing, and the manufacturing process.

Minor variations in color, alignment, texture, finish, printing, or other characteristics that are normal to the manufacturing process are not considered defects.

Cancellations & Refunds

Because every order is custom-made specifically for the customer, orders are generally non-refundable.

You may request a cancellation and full refund within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing info@highscorechips.com.

After the 24-hour cancellation period, your order is considered final and may enter production. At that point, cancellations and refunds are no longer available.

If High Score Chips is unable to fulfill your order, you will receive a refund for the affected portion of your purchase.

Artwork, Logos & Design Rights

We welcome a wide range of creative designs and customization. However, High Score Chips reserves the right to reject or cancel an order for any reason, including designs that contain excessively offensive, unlawful, or otherwise unacceptable content.

Casino-inspired designs are welcome. However, we will not knowingly reproduce chips that are identical, or substantially identical, to chips currently used by an active casino or card room.

By submitting any artwork, logos, names, images, or other materials, you confirm that you own them or otherwise have permission to use them. You authorize High Score Chips to use those materials solely as necessary to design and manufacture your order.

Shipping

Standard shipping within the United States is included unless otherwise stated at checkout.

International orders are not currently available through our online checkout, which accepts United States shipping addresses only. If you are located outside the United States and would like to order, please contact us at info@highscorechips.com to ask about availability and shipping costs. Where an international order is arranged, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their destination country unless otherwise agreed.

Delivery dates are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. High Score Chips is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, manufacturing disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Pricing, Payment & Taxes

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. The total price for your order is displayed before payment and is based on the products, quantities, and customization options you select.

Payments are processed through Stripe. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout where required by law and will be shown before you complete your purchase.
