• Order details — your name, email, shipping address, and the design snapshot of the set you purchased.
• Uploaded artwork — any logo you upload in the chip designer, stored so we can produce your chips.
• Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Basic usage data — anonymous analytics that help us understand how the site is used.

How we use your information

We use your information to process and ship your order, send order and shipping updates, provide customer support, and improve the store. We do not sell your personal information.

Payment processing

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are submitted directly to Stripe over an encrypted connection and are governed by Stripe’s privacy policy. We receive only the confirmation and metadata needed to manage your order.

Service providers

We share data only with the providers that make the store work — Stripe for payments, our hosting and storage providers for the site and uploaded artwork, and our email provider for transactional messages. Each handles your data on our behalf and only for these purposes.

Data retention

We keep order records and design snapshots for as long as needed to support your purchase and meet our legal and accounting obligations. Uploaded artwork is retained to reproduce or reorder your set.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. To make a request, contact us through the details on our contact page. Some records may be retained where the law requires.
